As the coordinator of an event, we work closely with our clients staff and volunteers to first determine the goals of the event financial, publicity, attendance and message. Next, we determine, with the client, what type of event will be most suitable for the organization. We then create a timeline and list of tasks to be accomplished along with a projected income and expense budget. It is our goal to always come in under budget and over projected income working with an active committee and staff helps to ensure the success of doing so. Throughout the planning and execution of the event, we can be relied upon to be the overseer of event production; there is plenty of communication with the client to be sure that deadlines are met and goals achieved.
